I originally was asked to be the cinematographer on this but at the time I was in college and the production couldn't afford to fly me to Texas for filming so the director shot it himself. I was then asked to come in and do the rough cut which I completed. This was followed by sitting in on the Master Edit. I also assisted with the filming of the opening scene in the farm house for the title sequence which including shooting part of it. The hands that grab the chainsaw in the opening sequence belonged to the director which I filmed. Interesting to note that the deserted farm house we used for the title sequence was the same house which I used in a very early film which I directed called Curse Of The Irate Zombies.
