The third story is about a stranger who comes into a tv executives house from a storm.
Ken Kordick plays Randal, a tv news executive, who is grieving over the death of his wife. Since it is almost new years eve, his secretary played by Colleen Kavanaugh encourages him to take the time off and go home to relax. Once home, a severe thunderstorm starts and a stranger shows up at his door seeking refuge from the bad weather. Once inside, the stranger begins to tell a very strange story.

Randal is shocked at what he sees. The stranger departs by walking through a
wall leaving a final revelation for Randal.

The fourth story is about a Grandfather who dies but contacts his grandson from beyond the grave much to the horror of his parents.

Actor Tom Hart comforts his wife (actress Linda Chicarelli) and orders his son (played by Nicholas Peschang) off the phone as the boy claims he is talking to his dead grandfather.

And the fifth and final story is what happens to the friends - their joke plays out as the school nerd, Chester shows up at the girlfriend's house for the date that she was never told about. Thinking he is a intruder, she attacks him with a butcher knife. And the joke ends tragically as the friends walk in to see the bloody scene and what they have done.
