Since I work in and have friends in the film industry, I decided to collect items from movies as a hobby. Here is a sneak peak into a few of those movie souvenirs I picked up and some of them I had signed or were given to me through the years.
Chris Young's original script from the episode "Academy" of the
Max Headroom television series. When I was visiting him in
Los Angeles, he took me on a tour of the Max Headroom sets.
Afterwards he was kind enough to give me his script.
He said this was his favorite episode as the story revolved around his
character. It was definitely fun seeing a old friend again.

Chris Young. The film was directed by Robert Shaye who was
the head of New Line Cinema and responsible for bringing
A Nightmare On Elm Street to the screen.

Original Hand Drawn storyboard from 1001 Nights (1998 Los Angeles
Philharmonic Animation film)

Original ghost players cap worn in Field of Dreams by
Jay Hemond.

Rare Behind the scenes photo from Halloween (1978) - PJ Soles on the left, Nancy Loomis in the back, and Jamie Lee Curtis on the right. John Carpenter's Halloween is one of my favorite films and I always wanted to find this photo. Just a few years ago I was working on a film project that I was packaging for financing with PJ Soles in a starring role. She had called me about the project and I had mentioned my fondness for Halloween. The next day I received this photo in the mail from her. I later had it signed by Nancy Loomis when I ran into her. Thanks again PJ - besides being a very talented actress, she is really nice!

Producer Frank Marshall and Senior VP of Lucasfilm Sid Ganis who was also in
charge of marketing the movie.

Original Knife from Stanley Kubrick's The Shining starring Jack Nicholson. And a original Tusken Raider belt from Star Wars Episode 1. Both I was able to get from the studio where the films were originally shot in England.

Two Original Costumes From John Carpenter's Vampires distributed by Columbia Pictures.
On the left is the original Jack Crow costume worn by James Woods. This particular one was last used when Crow was on the cross near the end of the film (shows a lot of abuse/tears/blood from production). On the right is the original Vampires costume for Katrina worn by Sheryl Lee (Twin Peaks). This was last used in the scene after she bites
Montoya (Daniel Baldwin) in the jeep and walks away with blood dripping out of her mouth and down her front. The costume was also in a publicity shot taken with John Carpenter and on the cover of Fangoria Magazine.

Behind the costumes are these photos - Top is a foreign lobby card
showing James Woods in the costume. And the bottom photo shows
John Carpenter with Sheryl Lee (in the bloody costume).

Photo signed by James Woods.

This is one of Sheryl Lee's photos from her personal collection that she was
nice enough to sign.

Another Original costume from John Carpenter's Vampires. This is
the Female Master Vampire costume worn by stunt woman/actress
Anita Hart. She wears this outfit throughout the film. She's the vampire
that hangs on the bottom of the elevator lift before breaking through
the door to attack Jack Crow (James Woods). Behind the costume
is a photo of Anita Hart in the costume on the Vampires set.

Rare color Night of the Living Dead photo signed by Judy O'Dea,
Marilyn Eastman, and Karl Hardman. Sadly Duane Jones has
passed away.

Rare signature of Duane Jones from a Night Of The Living
Dead extras contract. I was able to get this from NOTLD
writer John Russo. Duane Jones signed this contract
on set during the making of the classic film. One of the extras
in a scene needed to sign a release form and they needed
someone to sign as a witness so Duane Jones volunteered.

Used in George Romero's Night Of The Living Dead (1968), this is the
original ammo belt worn by Sheriff McClelland (George Kosana).

Original movie poster for THX-1138 signed by George Lucas.
THX-1138 was the first movie he directed.
